Human Resources Manager

Looking for a strategic HR leader to drive talent, performance, and engagement across our organization!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment & talent management
• Implement performance management systems & KPI frameworks
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & MOHRE regulations
• Develop HR policies, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
• Manage compensation, payroll coordination & benefits programs
• Provide HR insights through reporting & analytics

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)
• 5–10 years HR management experience in UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRMS / HRIS systems
• Professional certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred
