This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws for a team of around 20 employees.

What They’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in small to midsized companies)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
