Description:

AMSA Healthcare, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Officer to join its HR department in Dubai. This is a full-time role suited for a highly capable HR professional with a deep understanding of strategic and operational human resource management in a fast-paced environment.

The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth through effective HR policies, employee engagement strategies, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of handling core HR functions independently, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

This role requires at least 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the healthcare or related service industry, and the ability to influence and support both leadership and employees across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding, documentation, orientation, and exit processes.

  • Handle HR operations, including leave management, employee benefits, records, and HRMS database updates.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures.

  • Lead recruitment drives, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage third-party staffing partners.

  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance management.

  • Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership, providing data-driven insights.

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development workshops.

  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives to align with company goals and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Master’s degree or HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance standards.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
