AMSA Healthcare, a leading provider in the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time position ideal for a dedicated HR professional who can bring strategic value and operational efficiency to the organization’s human capital management.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR operations and supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals. The role demands a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards people management and organizational growth.

This opportunity is particularly suited for someone with extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in handling HR functions, preferably in the healthcare or related industries. Candidates with a Master’s degree or professional HR certification will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational goals.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified professionals.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.

  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair resolution of workplace issues.

  • Facilitate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

  • Support the HR Manager/Director in strategic planning and policy formulation.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

  • Master’s degree or HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR) is highly preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in human resources roles, ideally within the healthcare or service sectors.

  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
