Description:
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions of the company. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and supporting the organizational goals through effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving HR-related challenges in a diverse workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in conflict resolution and mediation in employee relations issues.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by developing criteria and facilitating review meetings.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.
- Maintain records of employee development and track progress against personal development plans.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Support payroll processing by ensuring that employee attendance and leave records are accurate.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with compensation reviews.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (HRIS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
