Human Resources Specialist

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

- Search for talent from external sources (CV portals, social media) as per provided job descriptions.

- Match candidates according to given criteria and negotiate terms and conditions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and facilitate interviews.

- Engage candidates to secure their commitment throughout the hiring and mobilization process.

- Develop an effective talent pool for various positions to meet urgent requirements.

- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

- Assist Team Leader/Specialist in developing and implementing effective onboarding plans.

- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

 

Requirements:

- 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in recruitment and onboarding within the EPC/Oil & Gas industry.

- Strong knowledge of EPC/Oil & Gas white-collar EPC roles (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.

- Understanding of visa processing and mobilization for international projects (added advantage).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- UAE experience preferred.
