A leading Dubai-based wholesale and distribution business in the HVAC/R industry, is expanding its presence in the Russian and CIS regions and is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in Russian and CIS markets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team for efficient product distribution.

Requirement:

• Proven HVAC/R sales experience in Russian and CIS markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Masters/specialization in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages.
• Knowledge and experience in sales of HVAC/R components.
