The Hygiene Officer will play a key role in ensuring that all hygiene practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements while supporting the hotel’s commitment to guest safety and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards across hotel operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of kitchen and food handling areas
• Prepare hygiene reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Train staff on hygiene practices and food safety procedures
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address hygiene-related issues

Requirements

• Mandatory experience within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and HACCP systems
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
