Who You Are
- Professional Foundation: Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience serving HNWI clients (immigration, overseas education, real estate, private banking, legal/tax consulting, etc.). Prior knowledge of the UAE/Middle East investment landscape, visa policies, or social environment is a strong advantage.
- Elite Communication Skills: Ability to understand clients' underlying needs and concerns deeply, and build trust through professional, clear communication.
- Strong Full-Cycle Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage the entire professional sales process from lead generation, needs analysis, and solution presentation to closing and long-term relationship management.
- Powerful Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with remote support, proactively develop the market, solve problems, and take ownership of results.
- Basic Requirements: Currently based in Dubai with legal work authorization. Native Chinese speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Professional Consulting: Provide expert advice on UAE investment migration, residency/citizenship planning, and tax/asset allocation. Manage the entire client journey from signing to approval.
- Market Development & Client Acquisition: Independently develop and maintain a network of Chinese HNWI clients in Dubai and surrounding regions through online and offline channels.
- Brand Representation: Embody the Globevisa standard of excellence in the local market, becoming the trusted face of our professional brand.
