Inbound Sales Consultant

Description:

Convoy Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for tourism professionals with a strong background in inbound travel sales and experience working with a Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC).

The successful candidate will manage inbound travel inquiries, build relationships with international clients, and promote Dubai travel services across key global markets. Candidates with experience handling Chinese, African, and Southeast Asian markets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

• Handle travel requests from clients across Chinese, African, and Southeast Asian markets.

• Promote Dubai tourism products and travel packages.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.

• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Support daily inbound tourism sales and operational activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC).

• Experience managing inquiries from Chinese, African, and Southeast Asian markets.

• Strong understanding of Dubai inbound tourism sales and operations.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
