Description:
We’re seeking a committed and experienced Inclusion Teacher to join Shining Star International School immediately. The successful candidate will support learners with diverse needs, helping them access the curriculum and thrive within an inclusive school environment.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans and classroom adaptations to meet students’ special educational needs.
- Work closely with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents to coordinate interventions and monitor student progress.
- Deliver targeted instruction, in-class support, and small-group sessions tailored to student goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, assessments, and intervention plans.
- Contribute to the creation and review of IEPs or equivalent plans and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Promote an inclusive classroom culture that encourages participation, independence, and social development.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families and school staff; support school-wide inclusion practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Needs Education.
- Educational certificate equivalency (where applicable) is required.
- TLS preferred.
- Immediate availability and must be present in the UAE.
