Experience: 2+yrs in Automobile Industry indoor sales experience with window Tinting ,Car Care experience
Job Description:
- Develop and utilize territory management plan
- Identify and cold-call prospects, pro-active in nature
- Generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities
- Make follow-up calls to existing customers – cross-sell and up-sell
- Handle a variety of prospect calls, internet leads, and convert them into sales
- Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues
- Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns
- Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms
- Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts
- Negotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms, and other conditions
- Help provide sales analysis data
