Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries received through phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits.

• Identify sales opportunities, recommend suitable products, and promote cross-selling across the company’s product portfolio.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.

• Coordinate quotations, customer orders, and requests with relevant internal departments.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Ensure prompt communication and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Support daily sales administration and front-office activities.
