Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Industrial Engineer to join our team in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing production operations, material planning, and inventory control through data-driven strategies and SAP systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production rates to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
- Use SAP software for production planning, inventory tracking, and materials management
- Develop and implement material resource planning strategies to optimize resource utilization
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess stock
- Collaborate with teams across Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve bottlenecks
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve production processes
- Prepare and present reports on production performance and inventory status
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in SAP and related industrial software tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of MRP principles, lean manufacturing, and process optimization
- Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
