What you’re getting into…

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build the new influencer marketing team. You will be building and executing our international influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position has a solid experience in the influencer marketing field across Northern Europe or United Kingdom, has established strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies, and has deep knowledge of the influencer marketing trends across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying talents and developing positive relationships with key influencers within beauty/cosmetics in prioritized market(s) - including handling of inbound enquiries
  • Evaluating and analyzing budgets, KPIs, performance and outcomes and results of different campaigns and collaborations
  • Recruiting new team members and leading the Influencer Marketing Department for UK, Germany, Nordics, and India
  • Building a network of micro-influencers to maximize visibility in prioritized markets (UK, Germany, Nordics, India)
  • Reaching out to, negotiating, and setting up new collaborations with influencers, key influencers and potential brand ambassadors on a daily basis - including writing briefs, sending orders and negotiating to enable a steady stream of user-generated content for use on channels
  • Ensuring success by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics to measure and follow up progress.
  • Defining, building and finding market fit for an ambassador program, primarily together with the Social Media team and Founders.

Ideally, you have...

  • At least 3+ years of work experience within influencer marketing, ideally from a fast-growing e-commerce company or similar
  • Experience in working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and calculating metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI
  • A structured thought process, analytical mindset, and great administrative skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building influencer marketing and social collaboration strategies and implementing them from scratch
  • A solid understanding of the Gen Z customer
  • Professional efficiency, speed and perseverance
