Influencer Marketing Manager

 

Description:

We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer-driven campaigns for our clients and internal brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands creators, culture, and content as tools for growth and brand authority. You will own strategy, sourcing, coordination, and performance across influencer campaigns, working closely with our creative, social, and marketing teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of influencer strategies across multiple industries and platforms
  • Identify, vet, and onboard creators who align with brand goals, voice, and audience
  • Manage influencer relationships from pitch to post, including negotiations and contracts
  • Coordinate deliverables, approvals, timelines, and content usage rights
  • Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign cohesion
  • Analyze influencer campaign results and produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights
  • Track trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep strategies relevant and forward-facing

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
  • Proven experience building and executing influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of content trends, creator culture, and digital storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing tools or CRMs (Aspire, GRIN, Upfluence, or similar)
