Hiring Information Technology Business Analyst
Location: Dubai

Requirements:
- Understanding business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing them.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documents and reports.
- Working closely with business users, technicians, and managerial staff and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Facilitating the right design sessions with the project implementation team.
- Delivering the correct elements of system design, business rules, and other relevant deliverables.
- Breaking down the technical and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and technical requirements.
- A business partner directly communicates with the relevant stakeholders and is responsible for transferring this knowledge to the project development teams.
- Contribute to the achievement of departure objectives by executing/achieving the KPIs assigned by the line manager and submitting relevant supporting documents during KPI evaluation.
