Description:

Responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to staff and assisting in maintaining the company’s network and systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge or experience with Cisco, Aruba, and InfiNet networking devices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems related to Cisco, Aruba, and InfiNet equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.

Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions.

Monitor system performance and ensure proper network connectivity.

Record and follow up on support requests until resolved.

Assist with updates, data backups, and routine maintenance.

Coordinate with senior IT staff or vendors for escalated issues.

 

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support role.

Knowledge of Windows systems, MS Office, and basic networking.

Exposure to Cisco / Aruba / InfiNet systems preferred.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
