• Maintain Customer IT Infrastructure like Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Switches, WiFi Devices,

• Configuration of Emails for end users

• Troubleshooting End user PCS

• Firewall installation and administration, VPN configuration

• Installation of Antivirus

• Installation and maintenance of Backup

• Installation and configuration of IP Telephony and CCTV

• Office 365 Email Migrations and Tenant Administration

• Handling AMC Customers

• Coordinating with Vendors to create, escalate and solve the issues related to Email, Backup, Server administration etc
