Information Technology Support Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, configuring computer systems, installing and upgrading software, and managing network infrastructure. The Information Technology Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all support requests, performing regular system backups, and testing new software and hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience in SQL Server and MYSQL Server
• Excellent knowledge of Windows OS and Server
• Experience with network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN
• Experience with ticketing and tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Experience with Web Developer is a plus!
