Ability to communicate (in writing and in speech) fluently in English in writing

Have flexibility in schedules, since some IT emergencies are unpredictable.

  • Be prompt and respectful to and comfortable in supporting everyone in all roles all the way up to the CEO, covering different races and religions, from different countries, with limited or sophisticated technical knowledge.
  •  
  • Knowledge in programming languages (C#, Java, etc.), frameworks (WordPress, React.js) and other development skill set are a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
  •  
  • Knowledge in mainstream tech concepts (like AI, IoT, CD/CI, DevOps, etc.) is not required, but a plus.
  •  
  • There will be interviews with a few key execs or managers, and at least one interview with the CTO. These interviewers may ask you to elaborate of relevant technical experiences that you list on your resume, present you with hypothetical IT scenarios common for you to tackle, etc.
