Information Technology Technician

Description:

Our client leading multinational AI Development company is looking for a Device Support Technician - HARDWARE / CCTV to join their Abu Dhabi team.

Qualification:

• Hands on capability of installing and fixing of hardware issue is must have

• Smart and diagnosis capability for hardware failure

• Knowledge of Camera and Printing is highly preferred.

• Basic knowledge of IT application and software configurations

• Flexibility of working during the non-business hour for fixing hardware is must have

• Device and Hardware Server installation and monitoring is nice to have

• Sense of urgency when any of the asset is in failure mode

• Good personality with willing to help

• Language : Professional English

• 1-3 years relevant working experience

Responsibility:

• On-site Riding Camera/Printer/other device Incident support and trouble-shooting

• Ride Camera/other device installation and routing maintenance/service request

• Routing application proactive maintenance with Prometheus

• Periodically SLA and incident status reporting

• Application deployment and configuration
