Inside Sales Engineer

ASTIN Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to grow within the field of technical sales, customer coordination, and business development. Candidates from the Philippines with relevant hands-on experience in valves or hydraulics will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the external sales team in managing client communication and account activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and resolve both technical and commercial issues.
• Maintain accurate sales records using ERP and CRM systems.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, reports, and sales performance tracking.
• Develop technical product knowledge related to valves, hydraulics, and instrumentation systems.
• Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships across the Middle East.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in technical or inside sales.
• Preference for candidates from the Philippines with practical exposure to valves and hydraulics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP or CRM tools is a plus.
• Must be willing to relocate or already reside in Dubai.
