Inside Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to represent our elevator showroom at Capital Mall, Musaffah. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, explain product features and technical specifications in a clear and professional manner, and manage the sales process from first inquiry through order confirmation. This role calls for excellent interpersonal skills, solid product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom; build rapport and identify their requirements.
  • Recommend elevator models, cabin finishes, and technical options that best match customer needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and supply brochures, technical details, and pricing.
  • Prepare clear and competitive quotations, proposals, and product comparisons for customers.
  • Follow up leads, inquiries, and outstanding quotations to drive conversions and close sales.
  • Communicate technical specifications, safety features, capacities, and customization choices in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Keep up to date with product launches, design improvements, and industry standards; liaise with technical teams to confirm details.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, inquiry logs, and periodic sales reports.
  • Coordinate with back-office, engineering, and installation teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist in creating showroom presentations and arranging product displays to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure the showroom remains tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing; manage samples, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Report inventory needs and material requirements to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and basic after-sales issues, maintaining strong follow-up and relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in inside or showroom sales; prior exposure to elevators, construction, or building materials is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into clear, customer-facing explanations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
