Inside Sales Representative

Currently we are recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative who will contribute to improve the customer experience by fostering positive customer interactions, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, and conversing in a polite and professional manner, thereby leaving customers with a positive lasting impression of doing business with HOYER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and submit detailed freight calculations and quotations for overseas tank container transport.
• Close contact and communication with the Calculation & Sales Support Teams in Dubai and Rotterdam
• Close contact and communication with all relevant Sales Managers
• Close interdepartmental cooperation with Operations, Procurement, etc.
• Make Requests for Freight Queries/tenders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor degree at University level.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in a similar role within sales calculation and/or logistics. Experience with tank business is an advantage.
• Proven experience in freight forwarding (required).
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal and with profound experience with MS excel
• Accurate, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong communication skills.
• Ambitious team player with strong numerical insight and the ability to perform well under pressure.
