Description:

Requirements:
🔹️Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, documentatior requirements, and policy coverage verification.
🔹️Experience in coordinating with claimants, adjusters service providers, and internal teams for smooth claim resolution.
🔹️Ability to review claims, verify supporting documents, track case progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
🔹️Familiarity with insurance regulations, basic policy terms and UAE compliance standards is an advantage.
🔹️Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and claims management or CRM systems.
🔹️Strong communication, attention to detail. and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
🔹️Ability to multitask, handle high-volume workloads, and maintain accurate records.
🔹️Immediate joiners are preferred
