We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team, bringing their expertise in insurance sales to the forefront. The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong background in insurance, particularly in Non-Motor sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and risk appetite.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in direct sales with the ability to develop and implement effective sales techniques. Must have a background in insurance and be able to close deals successfully. Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends in the UAE.
- Portfolio Management: At least 30% of your portfolio should be related to general business, demonstrating a broad capability in the sector.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, convincing, closing, and negotiation skills with the ability to foster relationships and drive sales.
- Performance: Consistently high performance with a demonstrated successful sales track record.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in all lines of business and their technical aspects.
- Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Ability to create and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- New Business Development: Drive portfolio growth by acquiring new business and achieving new business targets.
- Credit Control: Ensure that all credit control measures are adhered to for maintaining healthy portfolio management.
Job Requirements :
- Must have a solid background in insurance, specifically in Non-Motor business.
- Prior experience in Non-Motor, Motor, and Medical insurance sectors, along with a portfolio, is preferred.
- At least two years of experience working in the UAE market and a minimum of one year in sales.
- Having a vehicle and a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
