Responsibilities:

1. Engage in professional and informative conversations with customers to understand their motor insurance needs.

2. Generating quotes and Process and issuing motor insurance policies efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to motor insurance inquiries, providing information, and assisting with policy-related matters.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and streamlined customer experience for motor insurance clients.

5. Conduct follow-ups with motor insurance customers to enhance satisfaction and address outstanding issues.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes in the motor insurance sector to provide informed assistance.

Requirements:

• UAE Located
• one year of experience in the same field is a must.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Hindi and Malayalam.
• Proven experience in motor insurance operations or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-confident and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations in the UAE is a plus.
• Minimum Graduation or equivalent practical experience.
