Description:
Hiring Interior Design Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design dept through all stages of the design process, from concept phase to construction phase.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, mood boards and construction documents.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
- Attend Project meetings and provide input on Design issues
- Interact with client through the entire Design and Project execution phase.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 6 years experience in a similar role as a
- Senior Designer in a reputed Design Agency or Interior Design and Fitout company.
- Must be able to create Concept Designs, Style Boards, Layouts, Schematic Designs, Visuals, Detail Design etc.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
- Experienced with AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS MAX and other Design software’s.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of UAE experience in the fit out sector (Residential and *hotel fit out*)
- Must have successfully completed over 5 projects from start to finish in the UAE.
- Strong design and technical skills both in Fit out & Joinery Projects
- Must have excellent knowledge in FF&E and Finishes and excellent contacts with suppliers.
- Experienced with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Vray and other design softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in English
- UAE Driving License
- Salary: AED 15, 000 – AED 20,000
- Location: Dubai
- Note: Experienced candidates are a must.
