Interior Design Manager

This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership position with a luxury residential interior design studio in Dubai, focused at the very top end of the market. The studio is entering an exciting period of growth and needs someone who can take ownership of how the team operates and performs.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in high-end residential design, ideally with experience in the super-prime space, who understands how to run a studio efficiently.

This isn’t about being a creative lead but you’ll still be involved in design, but the core of this role is studio management: leading teams, streamlining delivery, supporting senior management, and getting the best out of people.

You’ll also be part of the wider strategy, working with marketing consultancies, supporting business pitches, and helping to put the right structure in place for the studio to scale without losing quality.

This would suit an Interior Design Manager or someone looking to pivot into a more operational role, someone who loves design but wants to move into the engine room of how a studio runs.
