Urgently Hiring! Interior Designer to be based in Dubai
Preferably UAE experience in leisure, entertainment and hospitality concepts
- Analyze Design Briefs and gather as much descriptive information as possible from the client
- In the initial stages of design, conceptualize the visual content of the project.
- Be involved in the Design Development process, producing a series of illustrations and assist in selling the Concept and Detail design to the Clients.
- Produce the illustrations that help Designers/ Architects/ Draughtsman to realize their vision of the project.
- Create storyline, design philosophy with illustrative mood boards to explain the concept in totality.
- Ability to produce visual and special effects to create design spectacles, or fantastical creatures, or other 3D prop elements to suit the concept.
- Estimate costs of materials, labor and time, and provide estimates to clients for approval.
- Oversee the design team and ensure completion of tasks with on time delivery.
