Description:
A Dubai-based top tier architecture and interior design firm, is looking for a dynamic and brilliant Interior Designer / Architect with at least 7+ years min. experience to join their team. The successful individual will work on hospitality and residential projects from concept through documentation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Able to create interior design concept for spaces as per design director brief to visualize and develop the ideas and sketches of interior and architectural design concepts including materials, finishes selections & create realistic 3D visuals, graphic presentations, illustrations and renderings that reflect the project intent to present the concept to the client.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and in collaboration within teams, confident to resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project’s design intent according with his responsibilities.
- Successfully communicate and organize with team members and make sure all deliverables are successfully met and tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design with professional expertise in interior design with a minimum of 5+ years on design consultancy.
- Design experience on premium residential and hospitality projects is an advantage.
- Experience in design documentation from approved concept design is required.
- Software experience is required including but not limited to Auto Cad, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up, & V-ray
