Description:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to be based in our office in Dubai, UAE. The primary and most important focus is on business development - bringing new clients and generating revenue for the company.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients through researching potential leads from business directories, web searches and other resources like exhibitions, as well as relying on internal database provided by the company.
- Qualifying leads and actively establish client relationships at all stakeholder levels
- Schedule appointments with prospects and participate in face-to-face meetings along with the commercial/Ops team members.
- Meet and exceed targets & goals as set by the company and ensure customer retaining through timely follow-up and visits. Initial Target: Fix 12 meetings weekly – Active Clients to be specified at a later stage
- Identify, understand and define customers need, objectives and business requirements and design solutions that best fit the client requirements.
- With the support of the Commercial Manager, manage and sell to customers through coordinating with the pricing team and initiate formal Offers that secure the corporate margins.
- Promote and market the company’s services in line with the marketing strategy and commercial procedures to reflect the desired image and comply with the business scope
- Act as the main liaison between Customers and KL to ensure an aligned commercial approach and act as a focal point for selling for ALL KL services and solutions
- Maintain records of all commercial data using assigned software and CRM and use the corporate systems and processes to comply with KL requirements.
- Ensure good Corporate Governance and adherence to Group Code of Conduct for all activities
- Any other responsibilities that are agreed from time to time
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

- Time management and prioritizing skills to be able to meet the deadlines
- Able to operate computer programs specifically Microsoft Office
