International Visa Consultant

Description:

The International Visa Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for advising clients on visa and immigration processes for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other international destinations. This role involves assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, submitting visa applications, and tracking application status to ensure timely approvals. The consultant will liaise with government authorities, embassies, and corporate clients, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with current immigration regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, explaining process steps and timelines, resolving issues related to visa applications, and providing clear, professional guidance. The role also requires contributing to process improvements, staying up to date with regulatory changes, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes, including Immigration Issues, Visas, and Immigration-related regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing Consulting, with excellent Communication skills for explaining complex procedures clearly.
• Previous experience in visa processing, PRO services, or immigration consulting in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Dubai and collaborating with cross-functional teams and government offices.
• Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
