Inventory Assistant Accountant

Description:

MUMUSO UAE is searching for a suitable applicant for the position of Inventory Assistant Accountant for their head office in Downtown Dubai.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Responsible for preparation of stock take report.
• Timely positing of stock adjustments, tester and damage products.
• Monitor internal transfers from warehouse to stores and from store to store.
• Follow up with suppliers and ensuring the bills are complete and archive records.
• Inventory postings from financial system with supporting documentation for monthly archiving.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Bachelors in Finance and Accounting
• Proven 02 years’ experience in inventory and accounts.
• Good knowledge inventory procedures or IAS 2.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and data reporting.
• Good communication skills in English
