Inventory Controller – Oil & Gas
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in trading, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology.
- Knowledge in ERP System Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Knowledge of commodity Materials, like valves, flanges, gaskets, piping, nuts, bolts, etc.
- Good knowledge of piping materials, related specifications
- Experience to implement barcoding system for the inventory tracking will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
- Plan and issue instructions for loading and unloading.
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory.
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
- Perform other duties in addition to regular duties as and when required
