Invoicing Specialist

 

Description:

Looking for Invoicing Specialist for Abu Dhabi.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

  • Min 3-5 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
  • Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word, power point) skills
  • Experience on ARIBA portal is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices in line with the PMC invoicing procedures.
  • Work closely with Project Controls, Project Management, and other relevant departments to gather information necessary for invoicing.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all invoices, receipts, and related financial documentation in the appropriate project folders.
  • Collaborate with the credit and collections team to address any outstanding payment issues.
  • Maintain invoice registers up to date for Management Review.
  • Generate ICV claim invoices on timely manner.
  • Maintain record of Insurance certificates and PBG expiry for all ongoing projects.
  • Familiarize ARIBA portal for uploading the invoices and reviewing the status.
  • Attend Meetings with client and project support team as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
