Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process inpatient (IP) submissions and outpatient (OP) approvals efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in medical coding and adherence to healthcare insurance documentation standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline claim approvals and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor updates in insurance policies and implement changes to compliance procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in healthcare insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• CPC Certification is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and insurance providers.
