Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, networks, and applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, emails, and security settings across IT platforms.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity processes.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and hardware inventory.
Provide technical support and training to staff for hardware, software, and system usage.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

2-3 years of UAE experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, and IT security tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL) are a plus.
