Copri Construction Enterprises Establishment is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Assistant to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about information technology, eager to provide front-line support, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction and engineering environment. The selected individual will be instrumental in ensuring IT systems operate smoothly both at the head office and various project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

• Manage user account creation, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory.

• Support day-to-day troubleshooting of IT hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and backup software.

• Assist with the setup and support of basic networking infrastructure and VoIP systems (training will be provided).

• Install and configure software and hardware components according to company standards.

• Deliver on-site IT support at construction and project sites when required, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Maintain a centralized inventory and tracking system for all IT assets across departments.

• Support onboarding processes by preparing email accounts, assigning IT equipment, and providing basic training to new users.

• Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking principles, and backup tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities and customer-focused demeanor.

• Previous experience (2–3 years) in a similar IT support role preferred.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel to remote sites for technical assistance when needed.
