It- Cyber Security Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT/Cybersecurity Specialist to support and enhance our organization's IT security and cyber risk posture. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience on IT security tools including firewalls, Microsoft O365 security stack, string understanding and experience with Cloud-Security (Azure/Oracle/Amazon), Zero-Trust, and NDR. The candidate must have good understanding with the ISMS frameworks like ISO27001:2022, NIST, ITGC and should have a strong communication (writing / speaking) skill.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT security roles focused on cloud, IT infrastructure, and enterprise security.

Strong hands-on knowledge of firewalls, DLP, O365 security, and cloud-native security tools.

Good understanding with ISMS frameworks (ISO27001:2022, NIST) and the ability to review, author, and update security policies.

Understanding of security controls, risk assessments, and remediation planning.

Exceptional communication and soft skills — fluent English speaking and writing is essential.

Able to manage tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative security culture.

Preferred Certifications:

CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Microsoft Security Certifications, AWS or Oracle Security certifications.
