Description:

IT Infrastructure Support – Ensure all office IT infrastructure is maintained and available for daily operations.
Technical Assistance – Support users in daily activities, including ticket management, troubleshooting, and hardware/software issues.
Network and Security – Demonstrated proficiency in LAN, WAN, network management, and security administration.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in IT Support (home country experience welcome)
Required Skills: Desktop Support, System Support, Office 365 Administration
