IT Desktop Support Engineer

D2GLOBAL is hiring an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of an existing client in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on desktop support experience in the UAE who are ready to join a dynamic work environment within a short notice period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and end-user devices. Candidates currently based in Dubai and available to join within 10 days are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and technical support to end users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.

• Assist users with IT-related requests and system troubleshooting.

• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining service quality.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in IT/Desktop Support.

• Currently available in Dubai.

• Able to join within 10 days.

• Candidates on a visit visa are welcome to apply.

• UAE driving licence is not mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting

 • Hardware, software, and peripheral support

 • IT helpdesk procedures and technical support
