Position: IT Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to join our growing team! If you have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and the drive to deliver exceptional IT support
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support for end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and support a Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.).
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
- Perform basic network management (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, etc.).
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure security best practices.
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience (experience in the UAE is an advantage).
- CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
- Experience with Windows OS (client/server environments).
- Good knowledge of end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage IT assets and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
