About the Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable and self-motivated Help Desk Specialist to provide remote IT support to end users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.
As a remote-only company, you will primarily use remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users. Your responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving help desk requests related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
We are looking for a long-term hire who is interested in growing within our organization. With success in this role, there is a potential path to a managerial position to help further develop and mature the help desk department under IT management.
