Hiring Arabic-speaking IT Project Coordinator interested to work in Abu Dhabi!!
- Required Experience: Min 5-8 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in relevant PM or IT field or Computer Engineering. PMP, Agile.
- Industry: Ports, Logistics, Transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established business projects, contracts, and those in progress.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all project-related matters.
- Solve any project/contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- Create Project updates, briefings, proposals, and presentations with high proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Meet with Stakeholders or business partners to discuss both legal and business matters.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with partners/stakeholders and ensure their needs are met
- Create, prepare, review and edit project plans
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to the project
- Track reports and progress of projects using tools such as MS EPM, Jira
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
- Assign daily task prioritization and tracking progress, milestones, and flagging risks
- Facilitate meetings/communications with cross-functional teams/departments
- Consolidate feedback and effectively communicate updates/changes
- Work with the Project manager to prepare and maintain project plans, prioritization, and forecasting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Project Management, or a similar field.
- 5-8 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred
- Thrives under pressure
- Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must, Arabic highly preferable and an added advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
