We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Digital Branch transformation projects—covering

• Multifunction
• SmartKiosk
• Implementations. You’ll own the full project lifecycle: from gathering requirements to go-live and beyond.

JobSummary

The Project Manager for the Digital Branch will be responsible for managing the entire system implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to the go-live stage.

This position demands a blend of project management skills, business analysis proficiency, and technical knowledge to ensure the Digital Branch project aligns with organizational goals, enhances the digital branch experience, and boosts customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing IT projects within the Digital Branch, Multifunction Kiosk, and ATM domains, as well as familiarity with leading hardware manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Management Lead organizational change management efforts related to the Digital Branch implementation and upgrades. The communication system changes effectively to all stakeholders and manages any resistance to change.
• Required Skills & Qualifications bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and business analysis, with a focus on Digital Branch, Multifunction/Smart Kiosk, ATM or similar financial technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Branch, Multifunction/Smart Kiosk, ATM processes and workflows, along with practical experience in managing IT and business requirements for such systems.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial services industry.
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or CPAM are advantageous.
