SRIT Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This full-time onsite position focuses on the implementation and successful delivery of a Credit Management solution within the corporate banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid project coordination skills, and relevant industry knowledge to ensure system effectiveness and data integrity.

The IT Project Specialist will take responsibility for coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating system functionality against user requirements, and creating comprehensive test scenarios and scripts. Additionally, this role involves executing manual data migration tasks, ensuring all data transfers between systems are accurate and complete.

Data reconciliation is a crucial part of the role, with responsibilities including identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors to maintain high standards of data quality. Knowledge of corporate banking products will be advantageous in understanding the business context and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation process of the Credit Management solution from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate and conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionality meets business requirements, including designing test scenarios and scripts.

• Perform manual data migration tasks with precision, ensuring data accuracy and completeness during system transitions.

• Conduct data reconciliation across different systems to ensure consistency and integrity of data.

• Identify and rectify data anomalies such as inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors to uphold data quality standards.

• Apply corporate banking product knowledge to enhance system implementation and alignment with business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, implementation, or related roles.

• Proven experience in conducting UAT and test script creation.

• Strong skills in data migration and data reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge or experience in corporate banking products is highly desirable.

• Ability to work onsite in Dubai with a notice period of within 1 month.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
