It Senior Executive

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and support all IT-related operations, ensuring smooth and secure functioning of systems, networks, and hardware across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems).

Provide technical support to internal users (hardware/software troubleshooting).

Install, configure, and upgrade systems and software.

Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and backups.

Monitor and manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and antivirus updates.

Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and support services.

Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.

Ensure timely updates and patches to all systems.

Must have hardware and software Knowledge about CCTV Operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT support/administration role.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, firewalls, and system security.

Familiarity with cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace) is a plus.

Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.
