Urgent Hiring for IT Service Desk Analyst
- 12 Months Extendable
- Note: apply only if you have worked in any bank.
- 2-5 years’ work experience in a first level IT Help Desk role.
- Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile devices, VPN technologies
- Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred)
- PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft related certification is preferred.
- Service oriented mentality with a strong customer focus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences.
Technical/Functional:
- Expertise in End user technologies
- Strong understanding on the technical aspects of mobile devices.
- Familiar with data transfers from IOS to Android and vice versa.
- Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
- Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
